Policies
Refund Policy. Our certification of quality: We are one of the oldest Christmas decorative products companies with over 30 years of experience in the industry. If not completely satisfied with any item, return within 30 days in original packaging for a full refund. Address.
Freshness. We pride ourselves on providing the freshest mail-order Christmas decorations available in North America. All our Christmas wreaths and decorations are produced on our premises, and we guarantee that your order will be shipped within 48 hours.
Shipping & Handling. We try and ship all orders within 48 hours, but occasionally we may be out of a specific flower. In that case, we will notify you directly and provide a revised delivery date. Within the Continental United States, shipping for all items is $8.00 ($9.00 for the 30" wreaths) and handling for all items is $1.50.

Bulk Shipments. We can deliver to your facilities in a single bulk shipment at no extra charge.
